Details about working with your RD to schedule tournaments

Communicate with your RD as you plan and schedule your tournaments. There may be dates that conflict with already-scheduled nearby tournaments.
Of course, you do not want your tournament to compete with any state doubles or state singles tournament dates. Same for the World Tournament; if you have many local pitchers who attend World, you don't want to schedule a tournament during the two weeks of World.
